Water, please?!

It is very important to consume a lot of water- especially in the winter season. The cold air we breathe during winter months causes the body to lose significant amounts of fluid, which causes dehydration.

  1. Skin- Less wrinkles. Brighter complexion. The fountain of youth. Woohoo!
  2. Hair- Water can nourish your hair strands from the inside and prevent unwanted breakage.
  3. Weight Loss- Water consumption helps boost your metabolism because it is a natural appetite suppressant.
  4. Brain-  Since our brain is mostly water, drinking it helps to balance emotions, reducing stress, and improving concentration.

Let’s challenge ourselves by drinking at least 6-8 cups of water daily… they key is to start!
